Yuzu Tree

Fruits -November-Mid January.  Small, slightly flattened, often rough and bumpy skin.  Green turning bright yellow or golden orange when ripe.  Tart like a mix of lemon, mandarin and grapefruit.  Many seeds.  Primarily for zest, juice, sauces, ponzu, cocktails and desserts.  Rarely eaten fresh.  Ideal for SoCal climate.
