Persian Green- Fruits in May 400-500 Chill hours.  Small sour plum.  Crisp dark yellow flesh.  Not self-fruitful, pollinated by late blooming Plums.

Beauty- Fruits in June 250 Chill hours.  Red over yellow skin, amber flesh.  Sweet and flavorful.  Self-fruitful.

Santa Rosa- Fruits in June 300 Chill hours.  Most popular well-known Plum.  Juicy, tangy, flavorful.  Reddish-purple skin, amber flesh-tinged red.  Self-fruitful.

Burgundy- Fruits in July 300 Chill hours.  Maroon colored skin and semi freestone flesh.  Sweet, with little or no tartness.  Mild in flavor.  Self-fruitful.

Hollywood- Fruits in July 300-400 Chill hours.  Medium sized with blood red flesh and skin.  Good for jelly and canning.  Self-fruitful.

Satsuma- Fruits in August 300 Chill hours.  Mottled marron over green skin, dark red meaty flesh.  Sweet, mild, not tart.  Excellent for jam.  Pollinated by Santa Rosa, Burgundy, or Beauty Plums.

Catalina- Fruits in August 300-400 Chill hours.  Large, black, sweet, juicy.  Firm when ripe, very little tartness at skin and pit.  Best Plum for fresh eating.  Self-fruitful.

Elephant Heart- Fruits September-October 500 Chill hours.  Large heart shaped with sweet, juicy, richly flavored, firm red flesh.  Dark reddish purple mottled skin.  Pollinized with Beauty or Santa Rosa Plum.
