Mandarinquat Tree

Hybrid cross between a mandarin and a kumquat.  Small, oval to round, 1-2" diameter.  Thin, orange to reddish-orange when ripe.  Edible like kumquat skin.  Tart to tangy with a mandarin sweetness.  May contain a few seeds.

Heavy producer once established.  Fruits Winter-Early Spring

Self pollinating. Needs 6-8 hours of direct sunlight

Compact, bushy, evergreen. 

Mature height 12-20 ft in ground
